Polish’s National Parks – 5 days
Day 1
arrival to Krakow. Transfer to OJCOWSKI National Park – situated just north of Krakow. The wealth of the Ojcowski National Park embraces rich plant and animal life, an unusual landscape made up of canyons up to 120 m deep, and white limestone cliffs containing innumerable caves formed by the eroding action of water. The village of Ojcow, with the ruins of a castle, and nearby Pieskowa Skala Castle are tourist centers located within the park boundary.
Day 2
breakfast. Transfer to PIENINSKI National Park – one of smaller polish national parks A truly unique natural feature of the Pieninski National Park is the Dunajec River Gorge, which is one of the most beautiful in Europe. Rafting down the Dunajec River, through the Gorge, is a major tourist attraction, recommended in all guidebooks.
Day 3
breakfast. Transfer to TATRZANSKI National Park with the Tatra Mountains are one of the areas of Poland included on the World Biosphere Reserves list. A museum of the Park, which presents exhibits of flora, fauna, as well as geology of the Tatra Mountains, is located in Zakopane.
Day 4
breakfast. Transfer to KARKONOSKI National Park – the highest part of the Sudeten protect the unique environment, including interesting geomorphological forms and rich fauna and flora. Karkonosze are among the World Biosphere Reserves in Poland.
Day 5
breakfast. Transfer to GORY STOŁOWE National Park or the Table Mountains, are the only range in Poland which has plate-like geological structure.Very impressive is the labyrinth created by bizarre rock formations. Some clefts are 12 meter deep. Sandstone rocks have acquired most curious shapes. The most interesting are the rock clusters known as Bledne Skaly (Erratic Boulders) and Szczeliniec.
