EURO POL TOUR sp. z o.o is a tour operator that has been present on the market for 23 years and since that time we have been specializing in both tourist and business trips. Our offer consists of the following types of trips: incentive travel, loyalty trips, national and international conferences, trainings and workshops, fairs, and trips that combine business and integration.
The values that our office strives to achieve is complete customer, providing the best possible event realization, attention to details. All of that will result in the success of your event.
Our services can be carried out in one of the two following ways:
- You give us the budget and date of your event and we define the standard and the location of the accommodation we are able to offer you within that price range as well as the other term of the event realization.
- You define your expectations regarding the date, location and hotel standard and we give you the price.
The following services are within the scope of our activity:
* hotel reservation
* airport to hotel trasfers
* hotel to business meeting/training site transfers
* renting out training rooms with complete multimedia equipment
* restaurant reservations
* if requested, we can help organize visits to sites that are of interest to you in connection to your line of business
* we also help with reservations for stands at fairs and arranging accommodation close to the fairs
Apart from the biggest business centers in Poland, such as: Warsaw, Wrocław, Cracow, Katowice, Łódź, Poznań, Gdańsk we also arrange business meetings at old palaces, castles, historical buildings as well as in charming small villages and cities across Poland.
After a day full of training we will be more than happy to invite you to integration events and visiting the most beautiful and interesting places in the area.
