Renessaince Route – 5 days

Route: Sandomierz – Kazimierz Dolny – Nałęczów – Lublin – Zamość – Łańcut – Rzeszów

Day 1

Departure from the prearranged pick-up point, transfer to Baranow Sandomierski, visiting Rafał Leszczyński’s late-renaissance castle. Transfer to Sandomierz and walking tour: going to the top of Brama Opatowska, from where You can see wonderful view of the Old Town with Town Hall towers, Cathedral, Castle and Swietokrzyskie mountains in the background. Stroll towards Old Town and Market Square, Town Hall, town houses. Visiting st. Jacob’s church – one of the oldest brick buildings in Poland. Walking through the underground tourist route. Transfer to hotel in Kazimierz Dolny, dinner, overnight.

Day 2

Breakfast. Walking tour in Kazimierz Dolny, visiting: churches, ruins of Kazimierzowski Castle, Baszta, Hill of Three Crosses, Market Square and a short walk alongside Wisla river. Transfer to Nałeczow, visiting: Home of Stefan Żeromski, Park Zdrojowy, Palmiarnia, transfer to Kozlowka, visiting: family Zamoyski Palace. Transfer to hotel in Lublin, dinner, overnight.

Day 3

Breakfast. Visiting the city of Lublin: Castle Hill – Lubelski Castle with the Chapel of  Holy Trinity, Grodzka Gate,  Dominican Monastery, Old Town with Market Square,  Archcathedral with so called ”acoustic sacristy”, Krakowska Gate, Conversion of St Paul’s Church. Transfer to Zamosc: visiting Old Town – Pearl of Renaissance (UNESCO Heritage), Cathedral, former Palace of Zamoyscy, Synagogue, city walls: Lwowska and Lubelska Gate, dinner, overnight.

Day 4

Breakfast. Transfer to Łancut –   visiting magnificent Castle and its its beautiful Park surroundings, belonging to the world largest castle complexes. Transfer to Rzeszow: sightseeing and leisure time. Departure, return to the pick-up point in the late evening hours.

Day 5

Transfer to the airport.
